"I wouldn't used this hotel again based on my experience will their billing department. When I booked the hotel on the phone, I asked about hotel parking because they advertised on line "complimentary self-parking for your stay - mention rate plan LAPKG1 when you call". The person who booked my reservation assured me he would note it in my reservation and I would not be charged for parking. Upon review of my bill, i noticed that i was charged for parking. When I called the hotel, i was told they never heard of complimentary parking and there were no notes attached to my bill. The woman refused to honor the code. She said she would look into it but it was unlikely the charge would be removed. Needless to say, i haven't heard back."

"Everyone was courteous & helpful. We were staying as my son performed @ Convention Center w/All State Choir. We unfortunately had floor mates that were loud, slamming doors & playing music past midnight. One call to the desk and all 4 rooms got silent!!"

"We stayed at the Sheraton in Atlantic City this week for a few days. I have to tell you the stay was fabulous. The room was spotless everything in the hotel was beautiful. Keashia at the front desk was great and the server Lorraine for breakfast was the same. We found that staying at the Sheraton is much nicer then the boardwalk hotels. THANK THE STAFF AGAIN."

"The bed was amazing and we definitely appreciated our linens being replaced daily! Only thing we didn't care for was the constant slamming of room doors by all the kids staying there for a conference....wish we would have known about it before and we could have chosen a quieter hotel!!! Just very loud all night for 3 nights!!!other then that was a nice view from our room but we NOT return to this particular hotel....will find somewhere else alittle quieter in the rooms!!!"

"Heather the hostess at the front desk gave my partner and I a nice room with a great view as per my request. We were pleased with the facility and accommodations. I booked the room when we got to AC through booking.com, was able to get a room quickly and was completely satisfied when we got there. Second time staying at the Sheraton and we will come again. "Our room was very well kept, cool view of the casinos from our window! EXCELLENT location! We were smack dead in the middle of the action! Walking distance from tons of great outlets, restaurants and of course the casinos! Pool room was well designed and awesome! Really wished there was a hot tub though. Lots of elevators so we never had to walk too far down hallways. Overall the location COULD NOT have been better! (Well, unless you stay in the casino hotels or the ones just behind it). For the price, this hotel is well worth it!"

"Right in front of the Tangers Outlet mall. It actually leads directly to the visitors' center which is a great place to start before shopping. Lovely ambience of the reception and very welcoming front desk personnel. Room service available at very considerable prices. Tum Tavern downstairs is a great place to eat. I stayed in 4 hotels during my visit to the US, and they had by far the best gym. The hotel is also right across from the train station so it was very easy to get a cheap train to Philadelphia as compared to having to call for a costly cab."

Not a big fan of in room coffee makers , so i hoped there was coffee in the morningHowever no coffee until 7:00 am.? I think there could be an airpot or 2 and some cream and sugar in the lobby at 6: 00 am. Although the hotel was clean, and smelled clean, its a bit dated, it needs a bit renovation, or something. The White sheets were clean but they were more dingy white than white, old wall paper, dated signage, iron that was scary, just needs a small refresh. In general I would say its 3 out 5 stars , but could hit 4 or higher with some modernization, and renovation. "

"Loved this Sheraton's embrace of its heritage and connection to both Atlantic City and the Miss America pageant. The art deco inspired details, display of historical "artifacts" in the lobby - from authentic gowns and tiaras to the antique Golden Mermaid trophy - plus the vintage photos throughout the hotel give this hotel above average personality and charm. Warm and inviting with a clean, crisp classic hotel feel, it stands apart (in a good way) from many tacky (and far pricier) lodgings in the area. Checking in and out was a breeze and the staff could not have been more pleasant and helpful. The free bottle of water in our room was an unexpected but much appreciated perk as was the 24-hour parking for a reasonable fee (even after we checked out we were able to keep the car parked until we got back from brunch, which made our afternoon easier). The location is also excellent - close enough to walk or take a short cab ride to anything you'd want to see or do in the area and far enough from the casino action to ensure peace and quiet, day and night."

This place is right outside of the Tanger outlets however and that was great to be able to wake up and step outside and be right outside all of the nice stores. If you want a little bit more of a low key place to stay a few minutes away from all of the casinos this is the place to stay. "I stayed with my kids for 2 days and it was really awesome. The only thing I wish for the next time I go there is a small fridge and a microwave. Staying with lil kids is not an easy task. They always asking for cold drinks and milk and it was hard for me to deal with this issue. In general, it was great. I will recommend this hotel to everyone!"
