"Excellent location, easy walk to all Historic District has to offer. I am a Gold Elite member and I have to say the staff at this hotel is the best I have ever encountered. From the valets that greated you like a V.I.P., the Waite staff that remembered how you like your coffee and the maid that kept our room spotless great job and thank you."

"Staff responded best they could when we arrived to find we had room with king bed. I specifically asked for double beds due to fact my daughter was traveling with us for her 21st birthday. The hotel only had king beds left. So do assist, we agreed to roll out bed. Staff provide a credit to my account and had a bottle of champage for our Birthday girl and the troubles."
