How do I earn RestRewards™?

To earn RestRewards™, you must make a hotel reservation on TravelPassGroup sites and add your reservation to your TravelPassGroup sites account. You can either log in and make a reservation, or add your reservation to your account at a later time. The website will mark rooms that have RestRewards™ available with a “” symbol.

How do I redeem my RestRewards™ on TravelPassGroup sites?

If you are logged in and your RestRewards™ are available for redemption, you can redeem your rewards on your next hotel reservation. Once you have selected your hotel, dates, and room for your next stay, you will be able to opt-in for your RestRewards™ on the checkout page. From the checkout page, you will be able to choose the amount of rewards that you would like to redeem for that hotel reservation.

How do I redeem my RestRewards™ over the phone?

If you are logged in and your RestRewards™ are available, you can redeem your rewards over the phone on your next hotel reservation. Before calling, please get a coupon code from your account and click on “Redeem by phone” to get your code. You can then call to make a reservation and redeem your rewards over the phone.

When can I redeem my RestRewards™?

RestRewards™ become available for redemption 48 hours after the hotel reservation check-out.

Can I save up my RestRewards™?

Yes, you can save up your RestRewards™ and redeem them whenever you want up to a year, or $300.

How much can I save up for my RestRewards™?

You can save up to a $300 balance for your RestRewards™. You will no longer earn additional rewards once your balance reaches $300, until you redeem your rewards.

How long do my RestRewards™ last?

You have 1 year from date of checkout to redeem RestRewards™ on TravelPassGroup sites.

Do I earn RestRewards™ when I redeem RestRewards™?

No, booking a hotel reservation while redeeming RestRewards™ will not earn any additional RestRewards™.

How do I add my hotel reservation or RestRewards™ to my account?

To add a reservation or RestRewards™ to your account, please log in, and under “Add Your Reservation” enter your itinerary number and email address to your account. Hotel reservations must be through TravelPassGroup sites in order to be added to your account.

Why are my RestRewards™ “pending”?

RestRewards™ can only be redeemed after 48 hours from the TravelPassGroup sites hotel reservation stay is completed. After a hotel reservation is made, RestRewards™ are “pending” until the hotel reservation stay is completed.

What can I use my RestRewards™ on?

You can redeem your RestRewards™ on hotel reservations that are “Pay Now”. You will be unable to redeem RestRewards™ on “Pay Later” or “Partial Pay” hotel reservations.

What happens to my RestRewards™ when I cancel my hotel reservation?

If you earned RestRewards™ on a hotel reservation and then cancel that same reservation, your earned rewards will be removed from your account. If you redeemed RestRewards™ on a hotel reservation and then cancel that same reservation, your rewards will be added back to your account.

How are RestRewards™ calculated?

RestRewards™ are calculated based on the price of the booking. The more expensive the hotel, the more rewards you get!

TravelPassGroup sites reserves the right to cancel, modify, or restrict RestRewards™ or any aspect of the RestRewards™ program at any time and in its sole discretion without notice to you.

A Member's points balance, as reflected in TravelPassGroup sites's records, shall be deemed correct. TravelPassGroup sites reserves the right to determine the amount of points in any Member's account based on TravelPassGroup sites's internal records related to such Member's account. In the event of an inconsistency between the amount accrued in a Member's account as stated on any Member's receipt and TravelPassGroup sites's internal records, TravelPassGroup sites's internal records will control. TravelPassGroup sites assumes no responsibility for errors caused by incorrect Member information.

Your right to transfer points earned or granted under the Program is strictly limited. The sale of points is prohibited and may result in the confiscation or cancellation of your points as well as suspension or termination of your membership, which in each case shall be final and conclusive.

TravelPassGroup sites may revoke any Member's membership in RestRewards™ at any time if such Member engages in abuse of the Program or fails to follow the terms and conditions of the Program. Fraud or abuse relating to the accrual of points or redemption of rewards may result in revocation of membership in the Program and may affect a Member's eligibility for participation in any other TravelPassGroup sites program.

RestRewards™ points accumulated under the program are promotional and have no cash value.

The interpretation and application of the Program's Terms and Conditions are at the sole discretion and determination of TravelPassGroup sites.
